Flight116isdown

Flight #116 is Down isn't very recent, but will keep you reading until the end. If you like action books, with characters that are a little bit different and bolder than you think, a bit of romance and a cover page that knows how to pull you in, you will go crazy for this book.

I6-year old Heidi Landseth is at home in New York while her parents are away. She recently returned from boarding school where she is having a horrible time. Meanwhile 17-year old Patrick Farquhar, a volunteer rescue worker who is bored out of his mind, sits in a coffee shop and wants a situation where he can get some action in. Then, on Flight #116, there is 5-year old Teddy coming home from her grandparents' house; Darienne, a spoiled brat teenager trying to get to England; Carly, coming home to her estranged family and her beloved twin sister; and Daniel and his younger brother, Tuck, going to see their father during their parents' divorce.

At 5:41 p.m. Flight #116 crashes into Heidi's backyard. Finding courage she never knew she had, she teams up with Patrick and the rescue team to save the passengers.  Heidi, Patrick and all of the survivors, will never be the same again.

This is a book packed full of action that will make you want to save and help people. The characters will truly inspire you and the book will keep you hooked until the end.
